The core component is a dynamic glue coating mechanism: it automatically switches the glue dispensing mode (glue amount 0.3-0.8g/m) at small curvatures below R50mm to prevent glue overflow. The key technology lies in the elastic pressing device - using a polyurethane roller set combined with pneumatic compensation to ensure a constant adhesion force of the edge banding on the concave convex surface (pressure 15-25N/cm ²). For 3D engraved door panels, the equipment is equipped with a dual head trimming unit, which can simultaneously complete R-angle scraping and contour tracking chamfering. Operation points: Preheating the edge banding to 60 ℃ can reduce the tensile deformation rate. It is recommended to use polymer edge banding with a back coated hot melt adhesive weight of ≥ 120g/m ².

It adopts laser ranging, precise docking (docking error ±0.3mm), high accuracy.
