1、 Equipment Introduction and Working Principle

Cup packaging machine is an automated production line that typically completes the entire process from empty cups to finished packaging.

Basic workflow:

  1. Cup upEmpty cups are separated and fed into the conveying track of the equipment through a hoist or automatic feeding device.

  2. benchmark againstBy using photoelectric sensors to detect, ensure that each cup is in the correct position for subsequent filling and sealing.

  3. fillingThe product is precisely injected into the cup through the filling head. This is one of the core workstations.

  4. Add auxiliary materials/cover(Optional workstation) If you need to add fruit grains, oats, small ingredients, etc., the equipment will add them at this workstation. If it is a cup type that requires a lid, it will be automatically capped.

  5. heat sealingCover the cup mouth with a layer of composite film (aluminum-plastic film, plastic film) and seal it by heating the mold. This is the most common form of sealing.

  6. Code printing/spray printingPrint production date, shelf life, batch number and other information on the sealing film or cup body.

  7. Punching/FormingCut the sealing film connected together into the shape of a single cup to make it look beautiful.

  8. dischargeThe finished cups that have completed all processes are transported out of the equipment and can be packed later.
