2.1.1 Structural Features


Driven by a vibration motor, it runs smoothly, produces low noise, has a long lifespan, and is easy to maintain;


- High thermal efficiency, saving more than 30% energy compared to general drying devices, uniform layer temperature distribution, no local overheating phenomenon, uniform fluidization, * phenomenon;


The material indicates minimal damage and can be used for drying fragile materials. Irregular material particles can also be used without affecting the effect;


Adopting a fully enclosed structure, effectively preventing cross contamination between materials and the outside world, ensuring a clean environment and continuous operation;


When used for mass production of high moisture materials, multiple units can be connected in series (such as polyacrylamide, etc.)

Scope of Application

Vibration fluidized bed dryerSuitable for drying, cooling, and humidifying operations of various granular materials, crystals, and powder mixtures.
1. Pharmaceutical and chemical industry: various tablet particles, boric acid, borax, hydroquinone and other additives.
2. Food and building materials industry: distiller's grains, monosodium glutamate, sugar, salt, granular chicken essence, slag, Douban seeds, etc.
