2.1.1 Structural Features
Driven by a vibration motor, it runs smoothly, produces low noise, has a long lifespan, and is easy to maintain;
- High thermal efficiency, saving more than 30% energy compared to general drying devices, uniform layer temperature distribution, no local overheating phenomenon, uniform fluidization, * phenomenon;
The material indicates minimal damage and can be used for drying fragile materials. Irregular material particles can also be used without affecting the effect;
Adopting a fully enclosed structure, effectively preventing cross contamination between materials and the outside world, ensuring a clean environment and continuous operation;
When used for mass production of high moisture materials, multiple units can be connected in series (such as polyacrylamide, etc.)
