Introduction
　　Boiling dryer, also known as fluidized bed, is composed of air filter, heater, boiling bed main unit, feeder, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan, operation console, etc. Due to the different properties of dry materials, when matching dust removal equipment, it can be considered as needed. Both cyclone separator and bag filter can be selected, or one of them can be chosen. Generally speaking, for drying materials with high specific gravity such as granules and granular materials, only cyclone separator is needed. For small granular and powdery materials with low specific gravity, bag filter and pneumatic feeding device are required for selection.

Suitable for the drying and dehumidification of raw materials, tablet granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules, food and beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resin, citric acid, and other powdered and granular materials in pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food, and food processing beverages.

working principle
　　The granular solid material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder. The filtered clean air is heated and sent by a blower to the bottom of the fluidized bed, where it comes into contact with solid materials through a distribution plate, forming a fluidized state and achieving heat and mass exchange between gas and solid phases. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the boiling bed section. The fine powder is recovered by the cyclone dust collector and bag dust collector and then discharged.

Scope of application
It is suitable for drying granular materials. For example, the drying and dehumidification of raw materials, tablet granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules, plastic resins, citric acid, and other powdered and granular materials in pharmaceuticals and chemical raw materials, as well as the drying of food, food processing, food and beverage granules, corn germ, feed, etc. The particle size of the material is generally 0.1-6mm, with a particle size of 0.53mm.
